What we respond to fastest

  • Bug reports with a reproduction (browser, OS, what you did).
  • Accessibility issues — assistive tech, expected vs. actual.
  • Wrong diagnostic results — describe what you heard vs. what we reported.
  • Translations — if you are a native speaker of Spanish, Portuguese, German, Arabic, or Russian and want to help review the upcoming localization.

What to expect

We aim to reply within 48 hours. Critical accessibility or privacy issues are usually answered same-day. We do not offer paid support, and we do not log support cases beyond the email itself.
